60-day challenge

Sixty days.
One number.

Your hit rate: the share of days you land protein, carbs, and fat. Most people have never measured it. In 60 days you'll know yours, and it will be higher than it is today.

  1. 1

    Set the targets

Onboarding builds your protein, carb, and fat targets from your stats and training. Adjust them if your coach gave you numbers.

  2. 2

    Log every day

Ten seconds a meal: barcode, voice, Siri, counter scan, or a sentence. Sessions go on the same timeline.

  3. 3

    Hit the week's target

The schedule ramps one habit at a time. Protein first, then carbs around training, then all three. The Progress tab keeps score.

Every day, all sixty

Four rules.
No exceptions, no drama.

  • Rule 1

    Log it the same day

Every meal, every drink with calories, every session. Ten seconds each. A day with gaps isn't a data point.

  • Rule 2

    Protein first at every meal

Decide the protein, then build the plate around it. This is the one habit that carries the whole challenge.

  • Rule 3

Train or recover as planned, and log it

The schedule is yours. Keeping it is the measure. Rest days count when they're on the plan.

  • Rule 4

A miss is data, not a reset

Log the day you missed on, look at why, and hit the next one. The score is a rate across 60 days, not a streak you can lose.

The schedule

One habit a week

Eight weeks plus a four-day finish. Each week adds one target and keeps the ones before it. Nothing here is a meal plan: you pick the food, the app shows the numbers.

  1. Week 1

    Days 1–7

    1

    Baseline

Log everything you eat and every session you train. Change nothing else. You need seven honest days before you adjust anything.

Target: 7 of 7 days fully logged.

    In the app

    • Finish onboarding so your protein, carb, and fat targets are set.
    • Pick your fastest logging method per situation: barcode at home, voice between sets, Siri in the car.
    • Log your sessions on the Train tab so food and training share the day.
  2. Week 2

    Days 8–14

    2

    Protein first

One macro only. Hit protein every day and let carbs and fat land where they land. Protein is the target that fixes the most downstream.

Target: Protein on target 5 of 7 days.

    In the app

    • Open the Fuel tab with protein as the first filter when you don't know what to eat.
    • Front-load it: 30 to 40 g at breakfast makes the rest of the day easy.
    • Watch the protein bar on the Track tab before you decide on dinner, not after.
  3. Week 3

    Days 15–21

    3

    Fuel the work

Carbs go where the training is. On session days, get your carb target. On rest days, protein still leads and carbs can come down.

Target: Carbs on target every training day, protein 5 of 7.

    In the app

    • Log the session first, then look at what the day needs around it.
    • Ask the coach for a higher-carb dinner before a heavy day and log the pick in one tap.
    • Repeat the pre- and post-session meals that worked. One tap on the timeline.
  4. Week 4

    Days 22–28

    4

    Repeatable meals

Consistency is built on repeats, not variety. Build a short list of meals you can make in ten minutes and hit your numbers with.

Target: 5 saved meals or recipes. Protein and calories on target 5 of 7 days.

    In the app

    • Save your five go-to meals so they log in one tap.
    • Prep once, print your own barcodes, and scan the containers all week.
    • Use the label reader on new products so your custom foods have real numbers.
  5. Week 5

    Days 29–35

    5

    Eat out, still hit

Restaurants are just food with numbers. This week you prove it: at least two meals out, both logged, both inside your targets.

Target: 2 restaurant meals on target. Protein 6 of 7 days.

    In the app

    • Open the Local Meals map before you pick the place, not after you sit down.
    • Log the restaurant plate as soon as you order so dinner is already on the timeline.
    • Say the order to the app if the menu item isn't listed: "double chicken bowl, no rice, extra beans".
  6. Week 6

    Days 36–42

    6

    All three

Protein, carbs, and fat, all inside range, most days. A green day is all three on target. This is the first week green days are the measure.

Target: 5 green days of 7.

    In the app

    • Check the consistency score on the Progress tab on Sunday. Write the number down.
    • Use the day analytics view to see which macro is drifting and on which meal.
    • Built-for-you meals are sized to close the exact gap you have left. Use them for the last meal of the day.
  7. Week 7

    Days 43–49

    7

    Tighten up

Same targets, narrower misses. Most of what separates a 5-green week from a 6-green week is one meal decided late in the day.

Target: 6 green days of 7.

    In the app

    • Decide dinner by 3 pm from the Fuel tab, then log it ahead of time.
    • Share a day with your coach or partner and let them see the numbers, not a screenshot.
    • Keep the hit streak alive: it's on the Progress tab, right under the score.
  8. Week 8

    Days 50–56

    8

    Own it

A full green week. You have the meals, the places, and the habits. This week is about doing nothing new and doing all of it.

Target: 7 green days of 7.

    In the app

    • Repeat the week that scored best. Same meals, same timing.
    • Weigh in on your usual days and let the trend line, not one reading, tell the story.
    • Log the sessions. A green week with the training logged is the whole point.
  9. Days 57 to 60

    Days 57–60

    9

    Finish and review

Four more days at full effort, then the review. Compare week 1 to week 8: consistency score, protein hit rate, sessions per week, weight trend.

Target: 60 of 60 days logged. Write down your day-1 and day-60 numbers.

    In the app

    • Open the calories and macro trends on the Progress tab and set the range to the last 60 days.
    • Read your weekly recap for the final week.
    • Set the next 60 days' targets with what you learned. The challenge restarts whenever you say so.

Scoring

Green days, counted

A green day is protein, carbs, and fat all inside range. The app counts them for you on the Progress tab. Where you finish:

  • Finisher60 of 60 days loggedThe baseline. Most people have never done this once.
  • Consistent40+ green daysTwo in three days on all three macros.
  • Dialed in50+ green daysFive in six. Your trend lines will show it.

Sunday check-in

Four questions a week

Open the Progress tab and your weekly recap. Answer these, write the numbers down, and adjust one thing for the week ahead.

  1. 1How many days did I log fully? (Target: 7.)
  2. 2How many days did I hit protein? Which meal caused the misses?
  3. 3Did I hit carbs on training days? Did I log every session?
  4. 4What's my consistency score right now, and what was it last Sunday?

Challenge questions

Do I need to start on a Monday?

No. The schedule is written in day numbers, so start on any day. Pick your start date on this page and the weeks map onto your calendar.

What counts as a green day?

Protein, carbs, and fat all inside the ranges the app set for you. The Progress tab tracks it as your hit streak and consistency score, so you don't keep count by hand.

What if I miss a day?

Log what you can remember, look at what went wrong, and hit the next day. The challenge is scored as a rate across all 60 days, not a streak that resets to zero.

Do I need the paid version?

Premium has a 7-day free trial on the annual plan, so the first week of the challenge is covered either way. Pricing is on the FAQ page.

Can I do this with a coach or a training partner?

Yes. Any logged meal or day shares as a link, so your coach sees the exact foods and macros, and your partner can log the same meal in one tap.

Day 1 is whenever you say

Download the app, finish onboarding, and log today. That's day 1 of 60.
