Quick answers
Asked most often
Is this a diet app?
No. It's a fueling app for people who train. Numbers, not judgment: the app shows where you are against your protein, carb, and fat targets and what to eat next to close the gap.
How do you find meals that hit my macros?
Search a database of over 4 million foods, recipes, and restaurant meals. The app then ranks meals by how well they fit the macros you have left for the day.
Can I add my own meals?
Yes. Create your own foods, recipes, and meals and share them with the community. Every account has a profile that holds your custom entries.
How much does it cost?
Food tracking and most features are free. Premium is $9.99/month, or $59.99/year with a 7-day free trial. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase — the price is shown in the app. Cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID settings.
